How does it work?

Reserving with us is easy and secure:

  1. Select which item(s) you’d like to reserve and enter in the required details.
  2. Select ‘Add to Cart’.
  3. When you have selected all the items you need, select ‘Checkout’ and pay securely with your credit card.
  4. Receive a confirmation email showing your payment and your order details. Confirm these details are correct.
  5. Print this email, or save it to your smartphone or tablet, and bring it with you to Mauritius.

 

Since I’m paying online, can I be sure your website secure?

Yes, our website is SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certified. This means all sensitive information you enter is encrypted before being sent to our server in line with international standards.

 

When my credit card is charged, how will I know the charge came from Bonjour Mauritius?

You will see a charge from ‘Bonjour Mauritius’ on your credit card statement.

 

Will I receive a confirmation email after I make an order?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email showing your payment and your order details. You can print this email, or save it to your smartphone or tablet.

 

What if I don’t receive a confirmation email?

Confirmation emails are automatically sent to the email you provided. If you don’t receive a confirmation email within a few hours, please check your SPAM folder. If you still can’t find it, it’s possible you entered an incorrect email address. In this case, please contact us and we will help you. We respond to all email within 24 hours or less.

 

What if I need to cancel my booking or change dates?

What do I need to bring as proof that I have reserved?

Simply bring a copy of the confirmation email you received.

 

What if I forget my confirmation email?

Don’t worry. We will have the name of the person who reserved. Simply show a piece of ID, and you’ll be on your way.

 

Are the minibuses insured and the drivers licenced?

Yes, all minibuses have full insurance as is required by Mauritian law. All drivers are licenced to drive minibuses in Mauritius.

 

Are vehicles air conditioned?

Yes, all vehicles are equipped with air conditioning.

 

Should I tip drivers?

It is not necessary to tip drivers. However, if you feel you have received exceptional service a tip is always appreciated.

 

Airport Transfers

 

What will happen if my flight is delayed?

We also take your flight number at the time of booking, so we will know if your flight has been delayed. The driver will be waiting for you when you arrive at your new arrival time.

 

How will I recognize the driver at the airport?

The driver will have a name card with your name on it. You won’t miss him/her.

 

Can I make a detour or stop on the way to my destination?

Day Tours

 

Can I make my own day tour?

Definitely. If you would like to do this select Build you own Itinerary.

 

If I choose a day tour, do I need to stop at all the scheduled stops?

No. You can choose which stops you stop at and spend longer at those you enjoy. Drivers will be able to give you advice on which stops you may enjoy most based on the preferences of your group.
